HM Restaurant Group has promoted Robbie Leon to kitchen manager at Bonita Fish Company. Leon has worked in the kitchens of sister restaurants Doc Ford’s Rum Bar & Grille and Dixie Fish Company for 15 years.
“Robbie brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to this position,” said Joe Harrity, a partner with HM Restaurant Group. “He is a natural leader with exceptional customer service skills that reflect the stellar experience our guests have come to expect.”

Having these three restaurants lined up are a tremendous upgrade. We love all 3 and hit them regularly. Bonita just gets better and better!
