The Premier Mobile Health Services Mobile Medical Clinic will be at the Beach Baptist Church on Fort Myers Beach Wednesday, March 11th from 9AM to 1PM.
The mission of Premier Mobile Health Services is to “make health care accessible for all with a focus on the underserved to build health equity and promote longevity.”
The clinic will include: Primary Care Services, Chronic Disease Management, Blood Pressure Screening, Blood Sugar Testing, Health Screens, Covid 19 Testing, HIV & STD Testing, TB Testing, School/Sports Physicals. Men’s Wellness, Women’s Wellness and Referral Partnerships for Dental, Vision and Mental Health Counseling, and telehealth appointments for established mobile clinic patients
Florida residents without health insurance that can show proof of income below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines pay nothing for care. Patients who do not meet the income guidelines are provided care at a significantly reduced rate.
