Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. A voter must be in line by 7 p.m. to cast their ballot. Voters must vote at their assigned Election Day polling place. Voters can check their polling place information on their voter information card, at lee.vote or by calling the office at (239) 533-8683.
Voter Identification
 Florida law requires voters to present a valid photo and signature identification before voting. Photo identification must not be expired. View the list of approved forms of identification.
Vote-by-Mail
Tuesday, Aug. 18, is the deadline to return a vote-by-mail ballot. The Lee County Supervisor of Elections Office must receive mail ballots no later than 7 p.m. on Election Day. View the list of office locations.
