The City of Marco Island has launched My Marco, a new mobile citizen engagement app which gives residents direct access to their government services. The new app. puts City Hall in the palm of their hands.
The app allows Marco Island residents to have a direct link of communication to request services and report issues such as a damaged street sign, debris on the beach, a water leak, iguanas, and more. It will also be a resource during hurricane season. It includes upcoming events, how to contact the City Council and how to make payments online.
