The developers for Gulfside Twelve, the new condo buildings being built next to the old Outrigger property on Fort Myers Beach, are hosting a Phase II kick-off party this Thursday from 3PM to 6PM.
Gulfside 12 is located at 6240 Estero Boulevard.
The Phase I units at Gulfside Twelve are nearing completion and those 4 units are sold. The units face the Gulf right on Fort Myers Beach and start at $4.2 million. They are between 4,700 and 5,100 square feet and include 4 or 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
The phase I building started before the storm. They had just finished the concrete block on the 1st floor and were starting the 2nd floor when Hurricane Ian came through. All 4 of those units have sold to people from Minnesota and will be completed in March. Phase II just started the construction of the foundation & pilings. It should be ready late 2024 at the earliest but likely early 2025 completion. There will be 8 units offered in the second building.
When both buildings are complete there will be a total of 12 residences.
The developer is the Dublin Real Estate Investment Group lead by Tim and Denise O’Neill. The designs concepts are from Clive Daniel.
