Retired Chief Judge Stephen McGuire has published his third political thriller called Secret Deceit. McGuire, whose been on Beach Talk Radio several times to discuss his fiction, will be signing books at The Alliance for the Arts on March 8th at 5PM.
McGuires first two books are Prior Restraint, Fractured Power. The judge brings an insider’s perspective to the political fiction category having worked in Washington, DC and also for the Federal Trade Commission.
​McGuire’s books have a common theme of power, greed and corruption in Washington, D.C.. Although his books are fiction they have an underlying tone which implicates the reality of today. McGuire now lives in Naples with his wife Doris.
