Samantha Padgett, VP of government relations and general counsel for the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association is the speaker at the March 19th SanCap Chamber business luncheon at Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort. Padgett will address local hospitality industry rulings as a result of the current 2024 state legislative session.
The lunch begins at 11:30AM and the public is invited to attend. The cost for the lunch is $35. Advanced registration is required to attend; walk-ins are not accepted. In her position, Padgett provides legal advice and services to FRLA and its leadership and serves as an advocate for the restaurant and lodging industries at the federal, state, and local levels. She previously served for 10 years as the vice president and general counsel of the Florida Retail Federation.
