They are still not yet officially open for business, however, Annette Stillson is hosting an Open House Saturday from 10AM to 3PM for everyone who helped her clean out her unit to get ready for the big Grand reopening. The Book Nook is located in the Santini Plaza.
The Book Nook was close to reopening until Hurricane Milton delayed that a little longer. The shop was flooded with about 2 inches of water from the storm which left a mess to muck out.Â
Volunteers met Annette at The Book Nook Friday morning to help clean out her store and she’d like to thank them Saturday during the Open House.Â
Every book in the Book Nook was lost during Hurricane Ian. Every book now at Annette’s shop was donated. If you’d like to donate any books, contact Annette by e-mail at Annstill@live.com.
