The Premier Mobile Health Services Mobile Medical Clinic will be at FMB Strong on Thursday, march 27th from 9AM to 1PM. Anyone without health insurance that can show proof of income below 200% of federal poverty guidelines pays nothing for care.
Patients who do not meet the income guidelines are provided care at a significantly reduced rate.Â
The clinic includes: primary care services, chronic disease management, blood pressure screening, blood sugar testing, health screens, COVID testing and much more.
