On Sunday morning, just before the rain began, we were able to do a quick wakaround at Santini Plaza that ended at the recently opened Bad Ass Coffee. We were also told that South Beach Restaurant is planning to open by the start of this coming season.

By looking at it, so hard to believe we will have a restaurant by Jan. Still only two places for dinner food coming. Fingers crossed for a sports bar in the last empty space!
