The Estero Island Historic Society has been chosen to host the Fort Myers Beach Woman’s Club’s October social at the Historic Cottage. To celebrate Ellie and her team are creating a special Halloween/Fall-themed exhibit that will be on display October and November.

With festive decorations, seasonal displays, and a touch of haunted history, it will be the perfect way to get into the spirit of the season—and to kick off excitement for our upcoming Murder Mystery Series.”
To transform the cottage into a Haunted Bungalow, Ellie needs our help. They’ve created a wish list on Amazon with decorations and supplies. If you’d like to contribute, your support will help us set the perfect eerie atmosphere.
Volunteers will be holding a decorating party in mid-October and everyone is invited to join in the fun of turning the Historic Cottage into a festive (and slightly spooky!) gathering place.
