St. Peter Evangelical Church at 3751 Estero Boulevard is hold a building rededication ceremony on Sunday, November 23rd at 9AM. The church was heavily damaged by Hurricane Ian over 3 years ago and recently reopened for services.
Almost immediately after Hurricane Ian services were being held in the parking lot under a big tent. A heavily damaged portion of the church building had to be demolished but the main building was able to be saved and repaired under the FEMA 50% rule.
A reception will follow the service on November 23rd.
