Watercolor Artist To Speak Next Month

Shah Hadjebi, an award-winning local watercolorist who will soon open two solo shows in Fort Myers, will discuss his art Sun., Dec. 14, at 1 pm at the Fort Myers Beach Art Association Gallery at 13451 McGregor Blvd.

The one-hour talk is free and open to the public.

Hadjebi, a former Sanibel resident who lives in Fort Myers, is also a signature or top-level member of the Florida Watercolor Society. He is self-taught, but comes from a family of fine artists, architects, interior designers and industrial designers. He paints Southwest Florida scenes, but is also known for his watercolors of classic cars and motorcycles.

In December, he will open a solo show at the Arts for ACT Gallery, followed by a solo show in February at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center, both in Fort Myers.
