Here’s a picture of what Town Manager Roger Hernstadt will present to council as the town prepares to start redeveloping Times Square. In all likelihood there will be a discussion about the big white FMB sail and the other banners blocking the sun. There’s been opposition to those items. Construction will likely not begin for another year.
