The 90 minute Full Moon Flow Yoga at Lovers Key State Park will be held on September 20th at 5:30PM and led by an instructor from the Saba Movement Center and FMB Yoga Project.
The cost is $20 per person plus parking. Bring your own mat. Pre-Registration is encouraged HERE.
After class, stay for a fabulous Lovers Key sunset. All participants will receive a container of magical moon water, which has been charged at night under the light of the Full Moon.
