On Friday October 22nd Bay Oaks is hosting its annual outdoor Family Fright Night for kids and the community. To help keep costs down, the team at Bay Oaks relies on donations from the public. Here’s how we plan to help this Saturday — and how we’ve made it easy for you to help as well.
On Saturday before, during and after our show at Pete’s Time Out, we’ll have a big box set up and we’ll be collecting unopened bags of candy for the kids at Bay Oaks.
We’ll continue the collection from 11AM to 12PM while we’re helping the Restore The Arches team kick off their Poker Run at MangoRita’s, right next store to Pete’s.
Please wake up early Saturday and drop off as many unopened bags of candy as you can to either location and we will take them to Bay Oaks.
If you’d prefer to write a check or give cash so the Bay Oaks staff can purchase what they need you can feel confident we will pass that donation along to them as well.
If you are out of town and you would like to help, you can Venmo me at Edward-Ryan-14 and we will withdraw the cash from our account, with your name and e-mail, hand it over to the Bay Oaks team, with a list of who donated, so you know for sure your hard-earned cash made it to the kids.
