One of the coolest events of the year is back. The annual Beerfoot Beach 7-on-7 Rugby Tournament returns to Lee County’s Crescent Beach Park tomorrow with games slated to kick-off at 8:40AM.
The event is organized by The Naples Hammerhead Rugby Team. We’ll show you the event during our Saturday morning walkaround.
There are divisions for men and women and cash prizes. Games run until 4PM then the teams follow it up with a Pub Crawl. They’ve been alerted to watch out for flying mullets this weeekend.
In previous years the event was held behind the old Junkanoo right on the beach.
