Town Approves New Town Manager Contract

On Monday the Fort Myers Beach Town Council unanimously approved a contract for new Town Manager Will McKannay. McKannay was the unanimous choice to replace the departing Andy Hyatt back on April 18th. His first day will be May 19th.

Our 3rd Annual Day Before Mother's Day 5K Run and 1-Mile walk is this Saturday. The event will start and finish at Margaritaville Resort where the Meagan Rose Band will perform live after the medal ceremony.

Seaside Ribbon Cutting is This Thursday

On Thursday the owners of the Seaside Condo's (across from Publix) are hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony now that they are finally back open after Hurricane caused extensive damage to their building. The public is invited to attend and Beach Talk Radio will be there to cover it live.
