The application portal and submission of new applications for the LeeCares Hurricane Ian Housing Recovery Program ends May 15th. The County is processing over 1,300 applications requesting assistance for repairing, reconstructing, elevating or purchasing a home.

Casino Night Raises Over $14,000

The Fort Myers Beach Community Foundation's Viva Las Vegas Casino Night, sponsored by The King Foundation, raised over $14,000. The sold out event was held at DoamondHead Resort. The Community Foundation raises money to give it away and has handed out $180,000 to 30 organizations the last 10 years.
