Town Has 30 Days To Respond to Seagate Challenge.
Circuit Court Judge Michael McHugh has given the town of Fort Myers Beach 30 days to file a response showing cause as to why the requested relief should not be granted. Once that has been filed, the residents who filed the Writ of Certiorari will have 30 days to respond to the town.
Lee County Shuts Off Social Media Comments

Woodson Files Lawsuit Against Ray Murphy
Not long after Fort Myers Beach town councilman John King filed a lawsuit against former council member Bill Veach, Karen Woodson filed a lawsuit against former Mayor Ray Murphy, who is chairing the recall committee with Veach.
