The Charity Pros will introduce their “Hurricane Heroes” tomorrow in advance of the nonprofit’s Oct. 7 All-star Concert event at Hammond Stadium in Fort Myers. The event will be held at 9:30AM at the Hammond Stadium Press Room.
Rock band Matchbox Twenty will headline the event, bringing decades of hits to the stage. Special guest, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member and four-time Grammy winner Don Felder, formerly of The Eagles for over 27 years, will also be taking the stage. The co-writer of “Hotel California” will perform all his greatest hits. Country music star and Ft. Myers resident, Jay Allen will start the show with a special guest performance. Southwest Florida rock band Red Hannah will kick off their All-star set, featuring appearances by local professional musicians Matty Jollie and Sheena Brook. Proceeds from the event will help support Music Alive SWFL, the Tabarrini Children’s Outreach Foundation and the Charity Pros “Megan’s Wish” program.
