Our friends at Saint Raphael’s tell us that a Blue Christmas is a non-denominational service of healing and hope. “It’s a quiet, reflective service for those of us who are grieving all sorts of losses; those of us who are lonely, or sad, or not feeling festive, or just in need of some quiet time within the busy holiday season. Blue Christmas is important because it allows people time and space to pause and sit with their feelings. This is the gentle beginning of healing.”
