The annual Student Scholarship Show showcases the work of the high school students from our local area. To encourage development of the arts in our community, three scholarships are annually awarded to seniors going on to study art at the college or university level. The annual Student Scholarship Show and awards are supported financially through grants by the yearlong fund-raising activities of the members of the Fort Myers Beach Art Association and Gallery. Next February, a special Plein Air competition, Paint!, will have all proceeds benefit the Student Scholarship program.
