Lee County Tax Collector Noelle Branning says her office has successfully worked with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to secure an executive order that will temporarily waive document replacement fees for residents of the mobile home parks impacted by the January 16th tornado.
Residents of Century 21 Mobile Community, Tropicana Mobile Manor and Cottage Point will have the following document replacement fees waived between now and March 22, 2022.
· Disabled Parking Permits
· License Plates & Validation Stickers
· Vehicle Registrations & Titles
· Vessel Registrations & Titles
As a reminder, Branning previously announced that her offices are also temporarily waiving appointment requirements for impacted residents seeking Tax Collector services. Those residents can walk into any Lee County Tax Collector Office, identify themselves as a resident of a mobile home park affected by the storm, and receive service that same day.
