Fort Myers Beach Fire Chief Scott Wirth said nobody was injured in the fire at 132 Andre Mar Drive early Wednesday morning.
Fort Myers Beach Fire, along with Iona McGregor Fire, Lee County Sheriff’s Office, and Lee County EMS responded to the residential structure fire.
The first unit on scene reported the home fully involved and crews brought the fire under control quickly.
The home was unoccupied at the time of the fire. A neighbor was the first to discover the fire and reported it to 911.
The State Fire Marshal is working with FMB to investigate this fire which remains under investigation at this time.”
The home sold on June 16 for $635,000 to Starlite Property Investments LLC
