Here Are Your 5 Town Manager Finalists

On Friday, April 18th, the public will have an opportunity to meet the five finalists the Town Council will consider to replace Town Manager Andy Hyatt when he leaves over the next 30 to 60 days.

The public is invited to meet the five finalists on Friday, April 18th at a location to be announced at a later date. The council will also interview the candidates one-on-one which will then be followed by a special council meeting in which one of the five finalists could be hired on the spot. The Council could also decide none of the 5 deserve the job and start the process all over again. 

Here are the five finalists out of the 66 applications.

Michael Brillhart is the current Interim City Manager for the City of Crescent City, Florida. Read his full resume HERE

William Lawrence is the current Town Manager of Lady Lake, Florida, which has an operating budget of $42 million and 120 employees. Read his full resume HERE

Will McKannay is an Emergency Management Consultant in Hybrid, TX. Read his resume HERE

Scott Moye was the Ware County Georgia County Manager from 2016 to October 2024. Read his full resume HERE.

Jeremy Shaffer has been the Village administrator at Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio since 2019. Read his full resume HERE.

Current Town Manager Andy Hyatt told the Town Council Monday he would stay on another 30 days if needed in order to make a smooth transition to a new Town Manager.
