Yes, thank you Karen for doubling the allowable density, a 17 story wall of buildings and the increased traffic that will result. You have cemented your place in the history of FMB.
Question for CM Woodson: why are you willing to vote for projects like seagates’ red coconut residential replacement but not for similar project like moss marina’s proposed resort.
Karen hasn’t voted on Arches Bayfront’s new proposal coming first to the LPA. I hope she votes yes when it comes to the council. It’s a beauty! Much less intense.
karen has already voted no to allow for rezoning which shut down the moss marina project before it could get started. thats why they are coming back a third time to get TC to allow them to rezone.

Not in my backyard Karen did vote to deny re-zoning. I doubt she will answer any questions about that.
