One of The Biggest Events on The Beach is Back

The Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce has revealed all the details for the 35th Annual American Sand Sculpting Championship’s. DiamondHead Resort will host the event, co-sponsored by Sand Lovers, November 20th through the 24th. 

Chamber President Jacki Liszak is looking forward to another packed weekend on Fort Myers Beach. “Fort Myers Beach is a special piece of paradise. It’s a 7-Mile Island lined with beautiful sugar sand beaches, perfect for making intricate, giant sandcastles. We are super excited about the response we are receiving from both the sculptor and spectator communities. We have TEN master sculptors and TEN advanced amateur sculptors signed up and ready to compete … with more to come! The return of this beloved signature event to Fort Myers Beach is a testament to the resiliency and perseverance of this small island community. Even after the challenges the island has faced in the last 5 years, the community is rising stronger and eagerly anticipates welcoming back its most devoted fans.
