The Lee County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Coast Guard will host Patriot Day on Monday September 11th from 9AM to 11AM at 719 San Carlos Drive, Fort Myers Beach.
Patriot Day will be an opportunity for local residents to remember and pay tribute to the innocent lives lost during the September 11th terrorist attacks. It will be a day to mourn the victims and first responders lost and express support for their families. It will also be an opportunity to honor those who participated in rescue, recovery, and identification of the victims.
