50 people put packs filled with weights on their back and walked 6 miles in the hot sun last Sunday to raise money for 2 organizations that help veterans. The event was organized by the owners of Rude Shrimp and Hammerhead Gym.
In addition to the donations made by the Ruckers, Rude Shrimp also donated breakfast to the participants. Phantom Marketing printed shirts at cost and Potter-Trinity paid for the cost of the shirts so the shirt purchase donations could go directly to the 501c3’s. Those shirts are still available for $35 at Rude Shrimp on Fort Myers Beach or Hammerhead Gym in Cape Coral.
