The City of Sanibel’s annual repairs to its 26 miles of Shared Use Paths began this week. Every year Sanibel inspects all 26 miles and prioritizes the need for repairs. This years repairs total $298,756.
The contractor is required to complete the project within 30 days, weather permitting.
For safety, the areas under repair will be barricaded off from users. All path users are reminded to use caution while navigating around construction zones.
