This event, produced by Blue Ribbon Events, will be held at Lovers Key November 6-8 and features many local not for profits with a mission to educate and share their love for saving our oceans and local wildlife. The event will be presented in a safe socially distanced atmosphere.
Each day begins with at 10 am for complimentary yoga with FMB Yoga and Wellness studio. Colorful painters, glass blowers, potters, jewelers, fiber artists, photographers, lamp makers and many other intriguing mediums will be on display. Nationally acclaimed, award winning artists and local crafters will display, sell, engage and educate patrons from 10am to 5pm daily.
Stream 2 Sea will provide reef safe sunscreen for everyone attending.
ReefBox will be on hand to talk about how you can dive and travel to learn more about our reefs.
Sculptor Ruben Medina will be creating a series of sculptures with the idea that these were just pulled out from the bottom of the sea. He hand carves the anchors and the boat wheels that are made from wood and PVC. They are then covered with bronze or copper coating. The artworks are then oxidized with traditional green or blue patina. Be sure to get there early for best selection!
Looking for a local memento to remember that special moment on the beach? We are loaded up with amazing Florida artists and crafters. Lorie arena will have her Tommy Bahama inspired original artwork men’s shirts. Nikki Saraivo creates interesting mermaids, seahorses, and fish out of metal. John & Nancy Scheele offer one of a kind hand set stone, silver-smithed sea creatures, birds, turtles featuring freshwater pearls, larimar, opals and other stones that will help connect you with your favorite moment on the beach.
