Any news on Santini Plaza?
Another poor steward of the neighborhood move…I heard Neptune was black mailing the town by not cleaning up so they could get their building plans approved. Not the type of neighbor I want in my neighborhood. They obviously have the money to clean-up, why haven’t they?
Good question??
“Blackmailing the town” — huh?? Stop listening to rumors.
The town had identified The Neptune property on its list of properties it was in the process of demolishing and placing a lien on to recover those costs. More details on that in BTR’s July 19 article on the properties targeted by the town.
Maybe Neptune will address the reason why the property is not cleaned up. Not very neighborly. If they are such a poor steward of the property now, they’ll probably be a poor steward if the property ever gets built back.
