Over 200 people enjoyed a cool evening of Motown hits performed by The Girls of Motown last night at Salty Sam’s Marina. The concert was part of The Friends of The Arts Rockin’ The Bay Winter Concert Series.
The ladies sang many fan favorites like Chapel of Love, It’s My Party (and I’ll cry if I want to), Respect, You Keep Me Hangin’ On and Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy.
In all The Girls of Motown entertained the crowd with 35 songs and played for 2 hours without a break. They brought down the house with their final song, Proud Mary.
The monthly concerts are fundraisers for The Friends of The Arts.
