Wave Of Vitality, located in The Sea Grape Plaza on Fort Myers Beach, is known for their amazing protein shakes and energy drinks but what you may not know is that they offer a lot more. Amazing food, nutritional counseling and workouts! Yes workouts!
The coaches at WOV will help you get in shape and have fun doing so. Saturday mornings right on the beach directly across from Sea Grape Plaza they offer a yoga class from 7am-8am and then from 9:30-10:30am a full body workout consisting of warm ups, cardio, upper and lower body using body weight.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays the full body workouts are done from the Sea Grape plaza parking lot from 6pm-7pm. Each class is $10 and comes with a free drink. Simply come to the shop 10 minutes before class to register. Everyone is welcome!
After the workout you’ll definitely want to try their homemade waffles and/or donuts that are made with protein powder and sugar free sugar. Delicious and extremely healthy.
Wave Of Vitality sells protein powders and supplements and once purchased they help you by providing you with help on your health journey. Weigh-ins, nutritional counseling and accountability will be offered to you!
