SVN Commercial Partners has listed the price for the waterfront property and popular restaurant located on 4 parcels under the Matanzas Pass Bridge for $7.98 million. The property and 4,377 square foot restaurant went up for sale a few weeks ago.
Bill Semmer, who purchased the restaurant in 1991, passed away last year.
In a Facebook post that was deleted a few days after being posted to the restaurant page details about the restaurant being sold stated: “It is with a heavy heart we share the decision made by the Semmer family to sell the Bonita Bill’s properties and business. This decision comes from all of Bill Semmer’s children in the resolution of his estate.”
Personally, I heard a bit of a different story re who in the family wanted to sell everything. Whatever the case sorry to see it go.
Could Bonita Bills please order 1 last group of Tshirts ? I know their supply has been depleted for months. Losing ours in Ian we would love to replace them begore Bonita Bills is gone forever.
