Town Attorney John Herin says he is working with the Town Clerk to notify the members of the Nuisance Abatement Board to set up an organizational meeting for the first week of May. The new board was created by the town council following the murder of 22-year old Johnny Jackson at The Lani Kai last July.
The organizational meeting will include what the board should know about the Sunshine Law and Public Records Law among other things. It will either be held on May 3rd or May 6th and we will broadcast the meeting live for you on our Facebook page.
