Because that’s what they do. The Fort Myers Beach Community Foundation hosts events that generate generous donations from the community. Then, the Foundation finds organizations that support the beach community and writes them a nice check.
The most recent event was a Florida Everblades Hockey game on Saturday, March 5th. The Foundation is also hosting a series of concerts at Fish-Tale Marina. The next concert, featuring The Atlantic City Boys is March 24th.
