Town Investigating 4 Properties Related to Recent Fish Kill
Back on Friday, March 13th, piles of dead fish were found in and around Buccanear Lagoon on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. 5 days later the town determined the cause was low oxygen levels in the water.
New Boat Slips Are Now Open
HM Restaurant Group has announced that 30 new boat slips will be available along Fort Myers Beach’s Fisherman’s Wharf with the debut of The Marina at Bonita Fish Company.Â
New Fire House Opens Thursday
The Fort Myers Beach Fire Control District will open its brand new fire station at 2545 Estero Boulevard this Thursday. An Open House will be held for the community from 9AM to Noon. Beach Talk Radio will be there live to broadcast the ribbon cutting.
