Cochran is running for the Lee County Commission seat now occupied by Mike Greenwell. Both are Republicans and they will face off in the August 20th primary. Cochran will be on Beach Talk Radio Sunday at 11:30 after Mayor Allers.
There is also a Democrat in the race for seat 5. Kizzie Fowler is the Democratic candidate.
