The iconic Taste of the Islands community event to benefit CROW – The Clinic For the Rehabilitation of Wildlife runs from March 13th to March 21st. The 7 days leading up to the 21st is “Restaurant Week.”
During Restaurant Week, local restaurants on Sanibel will offer an array of menu items while competing for honors in a variety of categories including “Best Appetizer,” “Best Seafood,” and “Taste of the Taste.” Attendees of Taste cast their votes to decide the winner of the coveted “People’s Choice” award.
Admission to Taste of the Islands can be purchased online or at the event: $10 for adults, $5 for children less than 10 years of age, and children 3 and under enter for free. The final day of the event will be held at Sanibel City Hall from 11AM to 4PM and include food, drink and live music.
