Bruiser Jungwirth will begin operating The Mango Street Produce Cart today in the parking lot of Tuckaway Cafe on Estero Boulevard. The cart, filled with fresh fruits and vegetables, will be open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 8AM to 1PM (unless they sell out earlier).

Tunaskin is sponsoring a cleanup on Fort Myers Beach Sunday, February 5th. It's the 8th Annual Tunaskin Beach Keepers Club Clean Up. Proceeds will go to Keep Lee County Beautiful. This cleanup will have 2 check-in locations.

Permitting is the most important issue for Fort Myers Beach residents. As property owners work through the process of rebuilding their homes, getting permits is their biggest challenge. Town leaders recognize this and are trying to make the process more user-friendly.
