Remains Identified
On Thursday Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno held a press conference where he announced the remains found deep in the mangroves on Tropical Shores Way on Fort Myers Beach belonged to 82-year old Ilonka Knes. The cause of death was accidental drowning.

You may have seen our video at the post office this past Saturday when we spotted two rather large trailers in the post office parking lot on Carolina avenue. Could it be that those trailers will eventually be used as a temporary facility?
TPI Purchases Silver Sands Property For $7.1 Million
The popular resort on Estero Boulevard was destroyed on September 28th when Hurricane Ian came through town. The Margaritaville developer has purchased the property and will use it as part of the new resort now under construction.
