Fort Myers Beach Town Councilman Dan Allers was the top vote-getter at the chili-tasting contest at the Woman's Club Tree Festival Saturday night. Allers' knocked off 3-time defending chili champion Reid Freeman from Smokin Oyster Brewery, who came in second place.
