It was a perfect day for a parade on Fort Myers Beach Thursday.
Both sides of the street were 3-4 deep with people along the one mile stretch that hosted the St. Patrick’s Day parade on the south end of the island.
This is the 24th year for the event that is hosted by Mayor Ray Murphy, who, you may have guessed is Irish.
