We love promoting what local businesses are doing, especially when they announce something new. Our friends at Bonita Fish Company have announced they are expanding their brunch menu. Here are all the delicious details.
The waterfront Fort Myers Beach restaurant serves brunch Friday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. “We’re taking brunch to the next level by giving menu favorites a playful breakfast spin,” said Joe Harrity, a partner with HM Restaurant Group which manages Bonita Fish Company. “Our chefs highlight unique flavor profiles such as chimichurri steak and eggs and hot-honey chicken with sausage gravy and biscuits.”
The new brunch entrees include:
- Potato hash bowl: Seasoned potatoes, onions and peppers with white cheddar cheese and andouille sausage topped with two eggs and a cilantro-lime sauce.
- Fried chicken biscuits and gravy: Crispy hot-honey chicken with homemade sausage gravy.
- Steak and eggs: Chimichurri aioli-topped steak with breakfast potatoes and two eggs.
Bonita Fish Company also offers brunch specials, including a new mimosa bottle and a mimosa flight featuring fresh-squeezed orange, pomegranate and grapefruit juices. Guests can round out brunch with breakfast sides, locally roasted coffee and house-made cinnamon rolls.
