Bay to Beach was built in 1984 and operated as hotel suites until 2003 when the developer sold each unit individually. There are no time shares. They have a total of 14 privately-owned condos, 13 owners and 9 vacation rentals. The 5 condos that are not available as rentals are either owner occupied or are for owner use only. Each owner may come/go throughout the year as often as they please, but most owners visit FMB during season. Some owners stay for the entire season while others just visit for a week or two.
