  1. I listened. I’m still not clear on where he’s coming from.
If he’s defending those towers while, like so many others at town hall, never considering the need for an environmental impact study before lining more condos along that bay then he is not a guy I would want on that council in the future.

  2. Jim, I agreed with nearly everything you had to say except the comments about Seagate. I like the design of their proposed site but the biggest problem I have with Seagate is the height. what do the Town documents say about the height for building new buildings? Why do we keep approving building that are many stories above what the town has decided buildings should not exceed? Why can’t we stick to decisions made. I hear all the time about the town council making decisions and down the road they override it “to make an exception” Yes we want growth, rebuilding, and modern (to a point).
Have you ever been to Marko Island ? We drove down there wondering if we would like to buy there instead of FMB. We couldn’t see the beach or even get to it to check it out. You had to have rented or purchased in order to get to the beach. Tall big building all along the shore. We left and purchased at FMBeach. We love it here. I don’t want another Marko Island. Thanks for listening.

    • Agree 100 percent with all you pointed out. Why give them everything they ask first without even trying to negotiate them down in height?
