The Island Hopper Songwriter Fest is a 10-day music festival in Southwest Florida featuring performances by singer-songwriters from Nashville and nationwide. The Fort Myers leg will be held September 23-25 this year.

The festival is broken up into three locations with the first weekend kicking off on Captiva Island (Sept. 16-18), then moving to downtown Fort Myers during the week (Sept. 19- 22), and ends with a weekend on Fort Myers Beach (Sept. 23-25).

The Fort Myers Beach venues are: Nervous Nellie’s, Cabana’s Beach Bar and Grille, Matanzas on the Bay, Pierside Grill, Pinchers Tiki Bar and Grill, Pink Shell and Yucatan.

Most shows are free with the exception of a few ticketed experiences like the headliner shows.

LeVox, along with bandmates Jay DeMarcus and Joe Don Rooney, founded Rascal Flatts in 2000, and they went on to enjoy one of the most successful careers in modern country music. They scored 17 No. 1 singles and sold over 23 million albums, while also selling more than 11 million concert tickets and earning 40+ awards-show trophies – making them the most awarded country group of the last decade.

The group celebrated its farewell with TWENTY YEARS OF RASCAL FLATTS: THE GREATEST HITS in 2020. After 20 years as front man, LeVox is embarking on a solo career.
