An analysis of Google Trends search data by Upgraded Points from January 2025 through January 2026 highlighted the most-searched spring break destinations and resorts in the U.S. According to the report, The Pink Shell Beach Resort was the most frequently searched domestic resort, ranking No. 1 in 10 states.
The study considered both international and domestic locations, as well as specific resorts, to determine where travelers are most interested in spending their spring break in 2026.
Other highly searched resorts include Candy Cane Inn (Anaheim, California) in 5 states and Lago Mar Beach Resort & Club (Fort Lauderdale, Florida) in 4 states.
Pink Shell President Bill Waichulis told Beach Talk Radio, “I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Pink Shell team. Without their dedication and hard work, the national recognition the Pink Shell receives would not be possible. It is truly rewarding to see Pink Shell and Fort Myers Beach remain top of mind for travelers seeking a premier resort in one of Florida’s most desirable locations.”
